Michael O‘Fallon is the Owner and Founder of Sovereign Alliance and continues to cast the vision for the organization.

Mr. O’Fallon founded Sovereign Cruises LLC in 2004 with the intention of providing the highest level of service and production logistics for large organizations with complicated convention and event needs at sea. Between 2004 and 2005, Sovereign was honored as one of the fastest growing Travel Agencies and DMCs in the United States.

In 2005, Mr. O’Fallon founded Sovereign Productions and Events LLC, a full-scale convention, exhibition and production organization.

Long regarded as an innovator in the incentive and experiential travel market, Mr. O’Fallon founded Sovereign Luxury Experiences in late 2011, which promises to reinvent the didactic luxury travel market in the United States and Asia. He oversees the Sovereign Board of Directors which proudly boasts of one of the greatest collections of ministry leaders, corporate leaders, and travel professionals in the world. Philanthropically, Mr. O’Fallon is continually involved in the performing arts.  Mr. O’Fallon is knowledgeable and influential in all areas of the fine arts including music, art, photography, and the stage and screen.

Mr. O’Fallon serves on the Board of Asians for Liberty.

Cathy Kiang is the President of the Sovereign Family of Brands.  Ms. Kiang is responsible for all the day-to-day operations and logistics in our tour and cruise products while playing an important role in the company’s strategic planning and process advancements. Ms. Kiang’s initiatives in sales and marketing include implementing many key functions of the company, including reservations, brand development, ethos creation, and customer relationship management.  Ms. Kiang holds a degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida.

Sau O’Fallon is the Vice President and CFO of the Sovereign Family of Brands.  Sau is responsible for the financial administration for the company and has a background in insurance and securities.  With a degree in Marketing and Advertising from Arizona State University, Sau is highly instrumental in the marketing materials and communication for the company.

Stewart Adams serves as Chief Marketing Officer of the Sovereign Family of Brands. In this role, Mr. Adams is instrumental in developing marketing strategies to best reach our clients and guests. With a degree in Media Communication and a minor in Film Studies, Mr. Adams provides skill and experience in the fields of audio, video, photography, graphic design, and internet-based technology. Stewart lives in Kennesaw, GA with his wife, son, and three daughters.

Ryan Dick began his association with the world of travel and events as an assistant to his grandfather, Dr. R.C. Sproul.  He served as Event Planner at Ligonier Ministries for five years, organizing Christian Group travel and conference planning.  He joined the world of travel and tours in early 2010.  Ryan has coordinated convention events with over 6,000 guests and successfully led both cruises and tours with over 500 valued guests.  He is excited to be able to assist in all of the detailed planning for a memorable Luxury Experience.

Larry Kiang is a National Account Manager with Sovereign Cruises, Sovereign Productions and Events, and Sovereign Luxury Experiences. Larry graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Hospitality Management.  Having worked in the hospitality industry for much of his life, he was the General Manager of Twist Asian Fusion Restaurant in Orlando, FL.  Mr. Kiang currently manages Sales in the Corporate and Incentive Market, as well as the technical and production logistics during events.

Samantha Martin is the Reservations Manager and oversees all reservations for Sovereign Cruises, Sovereign Productions and Events, and Sovereign Luxury Experiences.  She is essential in providing excellent communication and impeccable service between Sovereign and our valued guests. Samantha brings a wealth of professionalism and expertise from her years of experience in executive administration and customer support.
